Cross‑border e‑commerce has seen robust growth in China in the recent years. Social distancing brought by the pandemic has contributed to the rising trend of online shopping, and cross-border e-commerce, particularly in the Greater Bay Area (GBA). This has emerged as a crucial link between domestic production and international demand. In order to take advantage of this opportunity, there is an urgent need to quickly adapt to the new supply-demand relationship, especially in the GBA.
With the theme ‘Building and Sustaining the Momentum of Cross-border E-commerce for the Greater Bay Area’, researchers and industry leaders can explore future plans and actions to cope with the brand-new generation after the pandemic. The conference in 2023 will motivate attendees from all over the world with innovations and fresh partnerships between academics, government, and business.
