PRISC and CESG Research Centres release ESG findings in ALMAC conference
The Policy Research Institute of Global Supply Chain (PRISC) and Research Centre for ESG (CESG) have conducted a joint research study with the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong (CILTHK) and released the initial findings in the 13th Asian Logistics, Maritime and Aviation Conference (ALMAC) on 21 November 2023 in Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC). A study on ESG in transport and logistics has been carried out since March 2023 with a survey designed and distributed to industry practitioners. Over 200 respondents have been received. The results have been analysed and presented at the ESG Workshop of ALMAC. ALMAC 2023 had attracted over 2,000 participants from 36 countries and regions. The workshop, organised by HKTDC, has also invited speakers from PwC, Maersk, and DBS to share views, guidelines and regulatory developments on ESG. The participants showed active responses during the Q&A Session.
